Heather is a Certified Pilates Instructor (mat and equipment), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms), and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES).
What brings her the greatest fulfilment in this work is witnessing the transformation in someone the moment a new brain/body connection is created. She is passionate in creating strong foundations to allow for these connections to be made through proper breath patterning, working on functional mobility, and seeking balance throughout the kinetic chain, from the inside out. With these focuses, specialized trainings she’s done, and through her own journey in motherhood, she has naturally gravitated to working with pre- and post-natal women looking to heal from abdominal wall and pelvic floor dysfunction—though she has found everyone can benefit from applying this foundational work to whatever level they’re at.
Heather currently offers Pilates Private and Semi-Private sessions, as well as various levels of Reformer Pilates Group Classes of up to 6 participants.
